Hi De Paul, have a good day.
I have the same Ini's problem, It was mentioned above. I tried to compact the Outlook data as per your guidance, but the compact process going too fast that I thought it not working, but I could open Outlook then. The thing is, after a few minutes, the problem happens again. I want to try the next step in your guidance but I wonder that "create a new Outlook data file.." is it mean that we export the old data and create a new profile then we'll import it after, is it right?

    2. Open the Control Panel and select "Mail".
    3. Click on "Data Files".
    4. Select the data file that is causing the issue and click on "Open File Location".
    5. Right-click on the data file and select "Properties".
    6. Click on the "Advanced" button.
    7. Click on the "Outlook Data File Settings" button.
    8. Click on the "Compact Now" button.
    9. Wait for the process to complete.
    10. Restart Outlook and check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, you may need to create a new Outlook data file and import your data into it. Let me know if you need further assistance with this.
