Is there a way to be advised by email if an Administrative Assistant with full calendar access adds a meeting to a calendar? The Admin has full access to the calendar.

Thank you

    Dear Cameron_Bennett,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

To better understand the issue and provide possible solution, May I please double confirm if your admin has full access permission for your entire mailbox or delegate for the calendar?

If the admin is a delegate of your calendar, you could modify the delegate settings and select the first option, so that whenever they create or update meeting on behalf you, you’ll be able to receive a copy of the meeting invite: To do this, go to File -->Account settings -->Delegate access --> select My delegates only, but send a copy of meeting requests and responses to me option.

However, if an administrator has full access to the entire mailbox, since this option allows the administrator to act as the mailbox owner, Outlook will assume that the owner is adding the calendar. Therefore, there is no way to get an email notification when your admin adds a meeting to your calendar.

I look forward to your update.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,
