Distribution list, Mark message as read when someone in the distribution list replies.

We have a small operation with 9 employees. We have a dispatcher, manager, billing clerk, compliance auditor, etc. We have a distribution list that customers use to ensure that we catch all email. We receive around 300 emails a day. I just got back from vacation and i had over 1900 emails. Is there a way to mark an email as read when someone in the distribution list replies to that thread?

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for contacting us, there is no built-in feature in Outlook that can automatically mark messages as read when someone in the distribution list replies to that thread.
