    Thank you again Casper

Have tried resetting previously and been in contact with Microsoft with no success there either. I think i'll have to put up with it. Thanks JH

    Hi

Since your emails are stored on the mail servers of Microsoft, you could repair the app or reinstall the M365 suite if that sounds like an option and you will not lose any emails.

    1. Try to Reset or Repair the app Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > [Name of App] > Advanced Options > Reset or Repair. Restart PC.
    2. You can also try to repair Office: Control panel >> Apps & Features >> Select Office >> Change (not uninstall), Make sure Quick Repair is selected and click on Repair.
    3. Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > [Name of App] > Advanced Options > Uninstall.

Let me know if that helped. If not, let me know and I will send you options to contact Microsoft Support.

    Regards

    Casper

    Thank you Casper

I have attempted to revert to my previous version a few times and discovered every time that all my emails had disappeared so no luck there. Thanks again. JH

    Hi

I am an Independent Advisor, trying to help other users in the Community with my experience in Microsoft products. Please note that I am a user like you and don't work directly for Microsoft.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue and I hope the following suggestion will work in your case.

The New Outlook is still in development by Microsoft and new features will be added over the next couple of months.

You can find all the expected dates in this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Outlook%2CDesktop%2CWeb&searchterms=New%2COutlook

Should the issue you experience have an impact on you, I suggest you revert to the Classic Outlook for now.

Please let me know if that helped.

    Regards

    Casper
