@admintarou Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
We should collect the logs when the error occurred, and then see what settings caused Azure does not allow me to sign in through the proxy. Then compare this setting to see the specific settings of the profile we sent to the device from Intune. It is not necessarily the profile issued from Intune that caused this problem.
Xcode is the debug log of the OS level of IOS. We don’t know how much information it can collect, but according to our experience, some information will be collected.

@admintarou Thanks for your reply. I can’t understand api log, but I found a tutorial about payload log, hope it can help.

Thank you very much. Credit registration is required to use this function, so I will consider it. Thanks alot.
Please let me know if possible.
Can I see which settings were made with mdmd?
Can I find out by searching for com.apple? Is the biggest troubleshooting I can see just looking at the contents of the profile (applied content)?
@admintarou I can’t guarantee but it should be able to see information about mdm settings, depending on xcode.
Viewing the configuration profile is the most direct and convenient way to troubleshoot. If you can’t find out it, you can consider to open a case. It is free. Here is the online support link.

And, Support answer is "no knowledge".
I patiently look for a way to check or give up. wwwwww
