Unable to see DP 200 pass certificate

Hello sir/madam,

I have passed my DP 200 certification on 30thJune,2021. In the portal it is mentioned that it will take up to 48 hours for the certificate to be generated but it is already 72 hours and my DP 200 certificate is still not generated. May I know how long it will take for the certificate to be generated. I need it urgently as I have to claim it to my company for the refund of this exam.
