Hi all,

I would like to know the suggestions of experienced guys about a suitable Microsoft product for the purpose of saving my clients visa documents and such important details. I'm working in a domestic workers service providing company where we have to deal with various maid visa requests. So, it's often many documents to keep in our records such as their passport digital copies, contracts, etc.

So, I would like to know what you think will be better for me to manage these kinds of documents for future references. And for your knowledge, I'm already using Microsoft Teams to connect with my group for internal work related chats and discussions.

Regards,
Hisham

    Hi @Hisham ,

Is it used for a long time storage or sharing in your Teams or groups?

For document storage, it is suggest to use OneDrive for Business in Teams. Files will be saved on cloud. The quota of OneDrive should be based on your license plan, usually it’s 1 TB and could be expanded to 5TB(needs to contact Microsoft).

For cooperation, you should consider using SharePoint Online in Teams. Files in channels are saved in SharePoint Online Document Library. About SharePoint storage limits, please refer to this link: SharePoint limits

Here is an official article about OneDrive and SharePoint that may help you: Collaborating with Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

    Best regards,
    Lou
