    Dear Ruslan Abdullaev - iSupport,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. It will be a pleasure working with you,

You are having trouble with the translation of Hebrew emails in Outlook. This seems to be a common issue that some users have faced. There are some possible causes and solutions for this problem:

    • One cause could be that the email encoding is not set to UTF-8, which is the standard encoding for Hebrew and other languages. To fix this, you can try the following steps:
      • Right-click on the email and select Open with > Notepad.
      • Select File > Save as and at the bottom of the Save As dialogue, ensure that UTF-8 is selected and that Save as type is All files.
      • Save the email and try to open it again in Outlook.
    • Another cause could be that the system locale is not set to Hebrew, which may affect how Outlook displays Hebrew characters. To fix this:
      • Search for intl.cpl in the Windows search box and open it.
      • Click on the Administrative tab and then click on Change system locale.
      • Select Hebrew from the drop-down list and click OK.
      • Restart your computer and see if the issue is resolved.
    • A third cause could be that the Translator for Outlook add-in is not working properly or is not compatible with Hebrew. to fix this:
      • In Outlook, go to Home > Translate > Translation Preferences.
      • Check if Hebrew is selected as your preferred language. If not, select it from the drop-down list and click OK.
      • If the issue persists, you can try to disable or uninstall the Translator for Outlook add-in by going to File > Options > Add-ins. Select COM Add-ins from the Manage drop-down list and click Go. Uncheck or remove the Translator for Outlook add-in and click OK.

I hope these suggestions help you solve your problem. If you still need further assistance, feel free to reply to this Post.
