    Hello Chris,

Thank you for removing all the sensitive details you posted earlier.

I do hope you have tried all the suggestions above and gained back access to your account.

The reason I am hoping so is that the above is all the ways I know you will be able to gain back access to your account, as I do not have any more troubleshooting steps to share for such an instance.

I apologise for not being able to assist more than the above I have stated.

    Best Regards, Fuad

    Hello Chris,

Thank you for coming to the forum. My name is Fuad.

You will need to heavily edit your post because you have given away too much information about yourself to this forum.

This is a user forum, this is not Microsoft support, so everything you have typed is exposing yourself and all your accounts to be compromised.

If you need to speak with support, let me know, but for now in this forum everyone here is a user like you, while we strive to assist and share insights, we are not Microsoft directly.

I am sorry about your lack of access to your account, I have had to use the form before, and it can be very hard to recall some answers. But the form is the last and only option remaining when the password reset fails, and other sign-in options do not assist.

Have you tried to use other sign in options?

In the sign in pop, if you have created another way to verify your login, you should see, in the sign in, an option in the sign on pop-up: saying Sign-in Options

You can see other sign in options help here: https://support.microsoft.com/help/eff4f067-5042-c1a3-fe72-b04d60556c37

If you have done the other sign in options, and it was not useful, then I am sorry, and I understand just how frustrating this situation can be, but kindly take no offence to this advice asking you to you use the form https://account.live.com/acsr again.

More help with the account recovery form can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/help/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

Microsoft has not created any other way one can access their account when it is locked like this.

I apologise for not being able to assist more than the above I have stated.

    Best Regards, Fuad
