Problem with Flags

Hi,

I am wonder if others have experienced this issue.

I use Outlook professionally in a job where a lot of emails are passing though - typically 50-100 each day. I use Outlook on 4 Apple devices, all logged into with the same AppleID.

I use Flags a lot to flag emails that needs my attention later on, but I often experience problems with this. To give an example, last night I was handling 4 emails on my iPad and therefore unflagged them. This morning when opening Outlook on my work laptop, those 4 mails are still flagged. So there seems to be a problem with the syncronization.

But the issue is not only happening between the devices, it is also happening on the same device. I have often experinced that mails that I either flagged during a workday is no longer flagged the day after when opening the mail on the same device.

I suspekt that the issue is due to some kind of syncronization issue between the devices, but I just cannot seem to solve it. As it is the same AppleID on all the devices, the timezone is the same, so I don't think that this is causing it.

It is a frustrating issue as this is causing me to overlook important mails that needs my attention, just as I spend time unflagging mails, that I already unflagged before.

Any clue to the reason for this and a possible solution?

BR

Michael
