Outlook 365 Copy/Paste Problem

Question

Whenever I copy and right click Paste or Paste as plain text it always inserts in the top left of the email message (position 0,0 so to speak.) and not where the cursor is located.

Using CTRL-V to paste inserts at the current position of the cursor.

This has only started in the last couple of weeks.

• Please first kindly run outlook desktop client in safe mode and then check the result, for your reference Open Outlook in safe mode - Microsoft Support
• Seemly you are using outlook desktop client, if so please kindly use your account to login OWA(outlook web app) and then check whether the same error occurred, thanks.
• If your problem don't occur in OWA, then please kindly try to repair your outlook desktop client and then check the result, thanks.
• If convenient, please kindly share a screenshot which includes your outlook version with me, for your reference What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
• If above all can't solve your problem, please kindly share a screenshot which includes your error page with me, thanks.
