Hello,

Hope you are well.

Please note that I have suddenly been signed out of my student account (ra***ra@s***t.no), and I am unable to access it. Please help me, I have tried using VPN, signing out, changing my password, trying a different browser, clearing cache and browser history, but nothing changed. Also, I am unable to access it on my phone and laptop.

    Actually, this sudden change is really unjustifiable and now I do not have access to my mailbox until Monday. Would you at least alert the admin that can support my university email? or divert the emails I receive to this email until this is resolved?

    As a member of the Microsoft365 Business community, we have limited resources, therefore we cannot contact your admin or pass your message to another account. You may contact your school admin, and they will resolve this problem in a timely manner by reviewing my initial reply, please refer to How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support. As you can see from this article, the error code 53003 indicates that you are being restricted by conditional access settings in your school, which can only be resolved by your administrator.

    In case I misunderstood your query, please provide a full screenshot detailing the error you are receiving so we may provide you further suggestions.
