What is the type of set up:
VMware to Azure?
Hyper-V to Azure?
Physical servers to Azure?IMHO, you are getting the discovery failure message for a particular server "192.168.1.1" which i think needs to be added in a host file or it could be due to inadequate discovery requirements.
I would still suggest you to try recommendation provided in the screenshot, might help in fixing the issue.

Please raise a technical support ticket with Azure migrate team.
