after successful validation can not start discovery

What is the type of set up:
VMware to Azure?
Hyper-V to Azure?
Physical servers to Azure?
IMHO, you are getting the discovery failure message for a particular server "192.168.1.1" which i think needs to be added in a host file or it could be due to inadequate discovery requirements.
I would still suggest you to try recommendation provided in the screenshot, might help in fixing the issue.

@Mohamed Aly (International Business Service) If all the discovery requirements are met and there is sight of line for network connectivity then in that case we need to investigate this issue further to understand the root cause of it. Please raise a technical support ticket with Azure migrate team.
