You can use Azure DNS to host your DNS domain and manage your DNS records. By hosting your domains in Azure, you can manage your DNS records by using the same credentials, APIs, tools, and billing as your other Azure services.

As mentioned by @SUNOJ KUMAR YELURU , to delegate a domain from GoDaddy to Azure, you just need to create a DNS zone in Azure, retrieve the name servers from the newly created Azure DNS zone and replace the name servers in GoDaddy DNS management page with the Azure DNS name servers. This will delegate your GoDaddy domain to Azure and you can validate the same after 20-30 minutes by doing a nslookup.
