Can I use the Nvidia GPU on Azure VM for rendering similar architectural projects https://vrender.com/ue-4-palm-project-settings/ made with Unreal Engine 5 (Lumion real-time technology)?

What is the total power I can get when using cloud rendering?

Where to find a list of available Nvidia GPU in Azure cloud?

Where can I find detailed setup instances instructions?
