It only happens on the ios outlook app, which I've already uninstalled and reinstalled. And I can't remove the email and redo it because it is my school email.

    Hello Ivy2488,

Thank you for posting this case in Microsoft Community!

Based your description, you are getting the error message that your email does not exist showing in Outlook for iOS . I would like to cooperate with you working on this case. To clarify this case, please help to collect following information:

For my suggestion, if only happened on Outlook app for iOS, you may try following workaround:

    1. Firstly, you may try to close Outlook app or iPhone system completely and check if working or not.
    2. If not working, please try to remove your Outlook email account and re-add it again. Set up the Outlook app for iOS
    3. If this issue still persists, finally please try to re-install Outlook app again from Apple Store. And please also make sure if your iOS system version is also update to date.

If this issue still persists, it is suggested to contact Outlook for iOS Team available with in App by going to Outlook(?)>Contact Supportor check with Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android - Microsoft Support that team have required more resources, so they will assist you to check further.

Your understanding and patience will be appreciated.

    Thank you!
