If there is another Global Administrator (GA) in your organization, you can ask them to reset the password for you.
If no other GA is available, please contact Microsoft Data Protection team -Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. (Ctrl+F4 and type your area's name.)
When you contact support, be sure to provide as much information as possible about your account and the issue you're experiencing. This will help the support team to assist you more efficiently. They may ask you to provide some form of identification to verify your identity before they can assist you with unlocking your account.
