Microsoft.Mapi.MapiExceptionMdbOffline Error user unable to login to webmail and outlook 2016

Hi team,

One of the email address on account is unable to login to exchange email and get the below error.

    This error may indicate that your mailbox is offline or unavailable due to some network or server issues. I would recommend that you. Here are some possible solutions that helped me in the past

    Ensure that your internet is fast, sometimes it might be due to poor network also, try to access your mail with a different browser, and see if the issue persists.

    Lastly, try to switch from working offline to online in Outlook. On the Send/Receive tab, choose Work Offline and check your status bar. If the status shows Working Offline, repeat the action until the status changes to connected, to do learn more, please visit
