This error may indicate that your mailbox is offline or unavailable due to some network or server issues. I would recommend that you. Here are some possible solutions that helped me in the past
Ensure that your internet is fast, sometimes it might be due to poor network also, try to access your mail with a different browser, and see if the issue persists.
