Can't send emails

I can't send any emails and I get the following message: "This message can't be saved because it no longer exists. It can only be discarded. Make sure you copy the contents of the message before you discard if you want to use them later."

I have closed and reopened my browser, no luck.

    Dear Jessica Creba,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. It will be a pleasure working with you,

According to your description, if you are using outlook desktop client, please kindly try to login OWA(outlook web app) and check whether you can send emails successfully.

If you are using OWA(outlook web app), please try to clear your browser's cache first, check the results, if not, please try switching to another browser and logging into your account to OWA (Outlook web app) in private mode (incognito mode) and check if you can send this email.

In the meantime, if you can send mail normally on OWA, then I still need to gather further information to narrow down the problem:

Did you only encounter this error message when sending to a particular user, or did you encounter this problem when sending it to all users?

If you are using Outlook Desktop Client, is your Outlook updated to the latest version?

Please share the full screenshot with the error message to me so that I can do further research.

Which column is your sender sending or which one is CC?

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!
