We had email sync issues on Android Outlook Apps running on two devices (Phone and Tablet) both devices running Android 13 using the same Ms Acc/Email address.
This issue was resolved by change in both devices power settings for the Outlook App to "Unrestricted"profile under battery setting for this app. Changing from "Optimised" to "Unrestricted" fully resolved our sync issues when the Tablet went to sleep allowing Outlook to remain active in the "Background", this did not effect the battery usage in any way for us.
