- You can also update your browser to the latest version, disable any browser extension
- If you are experiencing this issue with Outlook application, please close and re-open your Outlook, check for update and update your Outlook application to the latest version.
If all these steps do not resolve, I would like to know if you are experiencing the issue on the web or with Outlook application, provide the version of your application, please indicate the operating system of your device.
