Changing password daily

Every morning, I am unable to login to my email. The last 3 mornings, I have had to create a new password in order to log in. The last 3 days, when I get logged in, I have an email from the previous night that my password had changed. I did not change my password in the evenings. When I go to the security section, the only option seems to cost money. Is this my only option?
