    Hello lilrobo,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you're having trouble receiving emails on your desktop with Outlook. Based on the information you provided, it seems like the issue might be related to the server settings in Outlook. Here are a few things you can try:

    1. Check your account settings: Make sure that your email account settings in Outlook are correct. You can do this by going to File > Account Settings > Account Settings, and then selecting your email account. Check that the incoming and outgoing server settings are correct.
    2. Check your firewall settings: Your firewall might be blocking Outlook from connecting to the email server. Try temporarily disabling your firewall and see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Check your antivirus settings: Your antivirus software might be blocking Outlook from connecting to the email server. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus software and see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check with your email provider: It's possible that there might be an issue with your email provider's server. Contact your email provider's support team and ask if there are any known issues with their email server.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions so I can help more.

    Regards,
