Thanks for your response
I clicked on the 'Payment options' hyperlink in the link on the page you provided. It took me to a new Microsoft login page in which I tried logging inusing ******@indianaadvisory.com.au and it says that 'account doesn't exist'.
Then I tried to troubleshoot this per the instructions and recover my username and the attached message appears.
Can you please investigate further.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
