I received two emails from Microsoft Support Urgent action required: avoid account suspension - stating they have received 70 complaints about my email and that they will suspend my account. Is this a scam? I have copied the email below (I kept out my email address)

"We have received more than 70 complaints about your email account and this is the final warning before your account is suspended. If you want to avoid inconvenience, take immediate action to resolve the issues issues that have arisen. Review your account information, check your security settings, and make sure your password is strong and confidential. Scan your devices for malware and unauthorized access. Contact us for assistance Customer support team support.microsoft.com. Thanks for your cooperation. Med vänliga hälsningar"

Is this a scam? Can I ignore?

Thank you all
