Seting primary, Opening Account

I have three email accounts I'm using in Outlook 365. I want to change the primary account so that it opens on that account every time I have changed it in preferences, but nothing ever changes. Outlook 365 ALWAYS opens on the second account in the program. Can't this be changed? I don't use the secondary account that often; I always have to click to the Primary account when open the program.

Way too much scrolling about for what I need to do.

Hello Kedricleach! My name is Jeremy and I’m happy to help you with your question.

You will need to delete the credentials in order to use your new account as the default account and to remove the other one.

Here is how to delete the credentials on your computer, this will only delete the login licenses.

"Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks.

To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.

Select Web Credentials or Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage."
