Global admin here. O365. Using Outlook for Web. I created a shared mailbox last week and added to my outlook. Have been able to access the folder up until yesterday.

Troubleshooting done:

Signed out > Cleared browser history/cache, logged back in. - No resolve.

Removed mailbox on Outlook, re-added. - No resolve.

Removed and re-added myself from the mailbox permissions. - No resolve.

Removed mailbox on Outlook again, re-added again. - No resolve.

Tried from a second computer. - No resolve.

Any ideas?

I still have users and various shared mailboxes that cannot be accessed.

    Hi,

When we had trouble accessing the shared mailbox from web recently, the workaround suggested was to use Outlook Desktop or Outlook on Mobile.
As the volume of emails are large in shared mailboxes, working on Outlook Mobile is not very helpful.
And Outlook Desktop requires to upgrade to a higher tier subscription.

My request to Microsoft is this.

In future, please do all the tests, especially tests on shared mailboxes to check it is working correctly, before you deploy any change to the application.

This is not the first time we had trouble with shared mailboxes.

    Thanks and Regards.
