Can't log into Authenticator App

Was told I probably didn't need to keep the authenticator app on my phone after initially setting up my account so I deleted the app because my phone is old, slow, and low on storage. Now I can't sign into my account on any of my personal devices (phone and laptop) because I don't have the code from the app. Tried to download the app again to sign in and the authenticator app is requiring that I have a code from the authenticator app in order to let me sign in. So basically I can't sign into the authenticator app because I'm not signed into the authenticator app. I can access everything from my work computer so I tried using the "Sign in from another device" option on the app.... but it requires me to input a code from the authenticator app. So I'm kind of lost now.

    Hello COURTNEY WOODS (SDM),

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on your description I understand you deleted the app that you registered your account for authentication and now you cannot sign in. Kindly reach out to your admin/IT to re-register your authentication in Azure Active Directory. Steps for administrator reference: Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center (Azure Active Directory) as at least an Authentication Administrator. > Users > All users > Choose the user for whom you wish to add an authentication method and select Authentication methods. > Revoke multi-factor authentication > Re-register multi-factor authentication.

    Sincerely
