Is there a way to cancel sharing of a shared mailbox after assigning m365 license to the shared mailbox?

    Yes, you can revoke access to a shared mailbox after assigning an M365 license to it. To do this, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your admin credentials.
    2. Go to the "Groups" section and select "Shared mailboxes."
    3. Find the shared mailbox you want to revoke access to and click on it.
    4. In the "Members" tab, select the user or users you want to remove from the shared mailbox.
    5. Click on the "Remove" button and confirm the action.

    Once you have removed the user or users from the shared mailbox, they will no longer have access to it.
