Personalized Email Address Option missing

Hi,

I have a Microsoft 365 Premium Family subscription. For 3 of my family accounts I have setup the personalized E-Mail address feature. However on my wife's account I'm missing the option to set it up under outlook.com / settings / premium the option I see in all other accounts is simply missing.

How can I manage the personalized E-Mail Address for her without seeing that option?

    You can't do anything from your side.

    Does she have the other premium options? does she has an address with the custom domain added to her Microsoft account already? Check at account.microsoft.com.

    You can try removing her from the share and resharing with her.
