Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling

That is referring to a connected account added to Outlook.com? You need to reenter the password.
The settings are on View tab > View settings > Mail > sync Email but there is bug in that prevents that dialog from loading.
Microsoft is aware of it and are working on fixing it but I don't have an estimate on when they expect it will be fixed. Sorry.
