Can't open VBA modules

Since a couple of days, not one of my macro's will run.

When a custom ribbon didn't respond anymore, I found this out.

So, I went to the Visual Basic screen and it opened. However, if I double click a module, the code doesn't show up.

What do I do?

I already tried opening Outlook in safe mode, this didn't do anything.

When I open Outlook, Outlook does asks if I want to run macro's or not. Ofcourse here, I press yes.

I run Microsoft 365 for business.

Version is 2310 (build 16924.20150).
