DP203 -Deployment failed -database accoutn creation

Question

Hi ,

I have created VM as part of lab and deployed for 21 resource for East US 2 region.

Deployment is getting failed with database account creation failed .Please see the error message in screenshot.

Pls help me to resolve the issue as i am running out of credits
