Microsoft Outlook Notification

I sent an email from my personal Hotmail account and received a notification advising that my email message conflicts with a policy in your organisation. The email was sent from my personal Hotmail account, not through my organisation. How do I know if the email was sent and how can I stop this notification from my personal Hotmail account?
