Case Number

I started a chat with support last night in my outlook app and I have a case number but I have no idea where to find it. The situation is not resolved.

    I did not receive an email and when I go to contact support, I don't get any response. My conversation from last night is still there. I was on for over 30 minutes this morning trying to get a response.
