    Hello REGAL ADULT DAY SERVICES,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

With an Office 365 account, you can have multiple email addresses associated with a single account, but you cannot create individual login credentials for each email address.

Each Office 365 account has a single "primary alias" email address. This is the main login credential for the account.

You can add additional email addresses, known as "secondary aliases", to your Office 365 account. These secondary aliases will forward to the primary email address, but they do not have their own independent logins. To learn more details: Add another email alias for a user - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

To achieve the goal, you need to create multiple user accounts and assign an Exchange Online license to each account.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about the issue or need to provide additional information, please let us know.
