When I sign into the Student Asset Migration portal and start the migration process, after entering my email and clicking " next. " I am redirected to another page that appears to be Microsoft email. I enter my information data and enter the verification code that I received by SMS , I am redirected to a page that say ( Adobe Identity Management issue ) I inserted an image to look what happened
