Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hello Viktoriya,
Good day! Thank you for reaching out!
I understand that you have a concern about one of your shared calendars. It's possible that the calendar was accidentally copied or duplicated. This might happen if the person who shared the calendar sent multiple invitations, synchronization delays or refresh issues.
->May I please know the type of account you are using? Is it Exchange, IMAP or POP?
->If you log into outlook on the web, do you still see the duplicates? This will narrow down the issue is specific with the app or not.
To rule out any corruption issues, you can try to repair your Outlook application using steps in Repair an Office application and check if there is any difference. (Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features on the pop-up menu >Select the Microsoft Office product you want to repair (Outlook or M365 apps for Enterprise) and select Modify).
->If the issue persists, kindly try to Create an Outlook profile and see if you can still see the duplicates. (Please do not delete the current profile as yet to prevent any data loss)
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Ashraf.
