Hello AVONEK,
I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
To compact the subfolder list in the Folder Pane in Outlook:
- **Navigate to the Folder Pane**: Look at the left side of your Outlook window where your folders are listed.
- **Use the Arrow**: Hover over the top of the Folder Pane to find a small arrow icon pointing left or right.
- **Click the Arrow**: Click this arrow to toggle the Folder Pane view between compact and full view.
This should hide or show your subfolders, making the Folder Pane look more compact. If you specifically want to collapse the subfolders within a main folder, you can click on the arrow next to the main folder to toggle the display of its subfolders.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Ibhadighi
