    Hi Ash

I’m Garcia and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you. Additionally, this is a user support forum and Independent Advisors cannot access accounts.

When an email account reaches its storage limit, incoming emails are usually returned to their original senders, meaning they do not reach your mailbox. Unfortunately, there is no method to recover these emails. If you still require them, you will need to ask the senders to resend the messages.
