Stuck in a Password Loop

I have an HP laptop with Windows 11. I have Microsoft 365. I have an outlook email address & a hotmail address. When I try to sign on to one of those accounts, it says wrong user/password, change password. So I change it. When I try to sign on using the new password it says my password was changed already. This happens with both of the email addresses and my Microsoft account. I am stuck in a loop and can't fix it so I can open them without having to change my password all the time. I'd rather have a different password for each account but somewhere I read that the same password would open all of them. FYI: I don't know if this could be contributing to the problem, but I was using Google Password Manager when this all started. I THINK I've deleted that but not positive because I still get a pop-up that asks if I want to update. I'm not sure if this is coming from Google or Microsoft. I say "no", then I do go back to my new Password Manager (Keeper) and make sure it shows the password I just created. Has anyone had this problem? How do I stop this madness?? THANKS.

    Hello, Granny Frannie.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.

From the description you have provided it seems you're having an issue logging in to two Microsoft accounts (@Outlook.com and @Hotmail.com) on your Google web browser.

This issue may be caused web browser and password manager settings that need to be changed. Or it may also be a problem with the application or computer you are using. So, let's work together as a team to get to the bottom of this. But to better assist you I need to ask:

    1. Can you have one account logged in using the Google Chrome web browser while the other one logged in using Microsoft Edge?
    2. If you did such an arrangement can you log-in to both accounts without any issues?
    3. While having such an arrangement, can you go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and attempt to log in to your accounts using the last password you remember for them? If you can you tell me if you are getting the error in the photo below? If you get something else, please provide us a photo of it. If you get something else, please provide us a photo of it. There are actually two different versions of this error message in the photo below, hence the necessity of an actual photo of what you see on your end.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

    1. Yes, I can open one in Chrome and one in Edge
    2. The only issue was that I had to open both Edge and Chrome and enter outlook.com in the search bar to get to th email accounts.
    3. It did let me log in to both, but I got the message attached.
    4. Yes, I am getting all green arrows.

So, it looks like I am good to go. The only thing being that I have to go through several passwords to get the right one when signing in. Thank you for your help.
