Guest\Contact users access mailbox

Question

Hi Folks

I´ve created a user in 365 admin center and I created 2 guest users, so, I need that these users can access this mailbox.

I can see the mailbox in my account on outlook, like below, however, the folders, inbox, sent items, etc don´t show.

This showed in my outlook, when I add this mailbox

If I access the mailbox directly all folders appear. I think it could be some permission in these users, however, I don´t know where do I need give these permissions. (outlook or admin center)

I tried to give the permission in the mailbox at oulook, but it is showning an error like below

Please, could you help me?

According some research, it was only need to add the account on outlook.
