They do not synchronize new users added in the group of our AD OCloudAdm

Good Morning.
We have a group in our AD that is already mapped with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCloudAdm) and all members of the group have access to the OCI console as administrators. But now we have added new users to the group and they don't have access to OCI. Also, they are not synced in the Azure OCloudAdm group. The rest of the users do appear.
Do you have to force the sync in some way? With the users that did work, no synchronization was forced.
