SSRS 2019 - Getting Error while creating Datasource

Question

Hi all,

Installed SSRS 2019 in my Machine and trying to connect the Remote server Database SQL server 2018.
When i run the web portal URL and it shows the homepage of SSRS when i trying to create Data source and its says Something went wrong and Web service URL shows HTTP 500 error. I checked the Remote DB , report server and report server temp db. was created that means connection is OK .plz clarify what is the error?

OData exception occurred: Microsoft.SqlServer.ReportingServices2010.RSConnection2010+MissingEndpointException: The attempt to connect to the report server failed. Check your connection information and that the report server is a compatible version.

Based on your error log, it seems you specify the Reporting Services Management Endpoint( https://localhost/ReportServer/ReportService2010.asmx) as the report server URL. Please check the Web Service URL, it supposed to be like "http://<server name>/ReportServer“.

Please refer to the following link to reconfigure the URL: Configure Report Server URLs (Report Server Configuration Manager).
Restart the server after completing the configuration.
