"Email" option missing under Communicate tab within Contacts

I used to be able to highlight a number of contacts or contact groups in both my shared contacts or my own and then click the "Email" button under the Communicate tab to send an email to all of them. However, that Email button is now missing from my Communicate tab.

The "Meeting" and "More" options are still there. There is no Email option under More either. If I go to the customize ribbon option, I do see an Email option showing there. Anyone know why it may not be showing up for me?

Dear Kai_JK,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the community.

As a design feature, the email option should be available if you are viewing the contacts using the business card, card, phone and list view but not the people view. You can highlight multiple contacts here by holding the Ctrl key >select multiple contacts >Email. Please confirm if this is the case on your end.

Looking forward to your response.

Best Regards,

Ashraf.
