IMAP errors.

Hello,
I have a problem with people replying to my emails. Whenever I send emails people can see them but whenever they reply i don't see their reply.

The support chat of the third party email sending platform i use told me there was an error with the IMAP settings and this would be the reason.

I've did testing on this site: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/result/d68839ae-df11-c6d4-af2e-47c8c637d156 and there the error also popped up.
IMAP seems to be enabled in the admin settings of my account.

I've bought the domain at GoDaddy and use the Outlook web app interface.

Any guidance, insights, or tips to resolve this issue would be immensely appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I've consulted with GoDaddy support about this issue for a long time and the only thing they gave me was a few guides on how to solve it myself which didn't work.
    They then told me it might have something to do with Microsoft Outlook changing to Exchange servers.
    Then they said to directly contact Microsoft since they couldn't do anything
