I've consulted with GoDaddy support about this issue for a long time and the only thing they gave me was a few guides on how to solve it myself which didn't work.
They then told me it might have something to do with Microsoft Outlook changing to Exchange servers.
Then they said to directly contact Microsoft since they couldn't do anything
