Emails are bouncing back

Hi,

I am receiving emails but am unable to send any. When I respond or send a new email, they keep bouncing back. I would be very grateful if you can help me fix this issue as soon as possible.

The account that is having an issue is: *email address removed for privacy*

    Hello Joshua,

    My apologies for the delayed response.

    Please let me know of the following to better assist. Thanks in advance.

    1. What is the type of account you are using? Is it an M365 Exchange, IMAP or POP?
    2. Please share with me the NDR or bounce back error message that you are getting when trying to send.

    In the meantime, if you are using an M365 Exchange account, please try logging into outlook on the web https://outlook.office.com/ and check whether you can send emails. This will narrow down if the issue is account or app specific.
