Azure Query Performance Insight hangs on loading

More often than not, when I try to open Query Performance Insights on an Azure SQL database , it never gets past "loading".
On the bottom, it states: "At this time, there is no performance data available. Please check again later."
When I open SSMS, I can check the Query store OK.
What's going wrong?

Do you see this behavior every time you access Query Performance Insights from the Azure Portal?
Could you please post a screenshot?

Hi ,

I keep having this issue. Lastly, it seems that it never gets any results. What's going on? Is there a service issue with Query Performance Insight?

Could you try using Azure Monitor as recommended here?

Hi,

I I don't see how Azure Monitor could help investigating query performance. Am I missing something?
