Outlook Non Responsive

I am using windows 11. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. I have four email accounts, live.com, cox.net, gmail.com, icloud.com. Problem only with live.com. While delete emails receive following error message: NOT RESPONSIVE. Sometimes after a few minutes, I can delete emails ok. Some times I have to stop Outlook and call Outlook in again.

    Hello,

    Thank you for taking the steps. Can you please check if both Office 365 and Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 are installed on the computer, by going to Installed Apps page again?

    If yes, kindly uninstall the Office 365 Suite, restart the computer, and check the behavior of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019.

    If the same issue occurs, try to remove and re-add the affected Email in it for further isolation.

    I followed your instructions. It went through the modify and repair process successfully. It apparently downloaded 365 instead of my Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. Unfortunately, program is now in read only mode. The only option offered was to purchase a license for the 365. I knew Microsoft was really pushing 365 but this is terrible for customers.

    Hi,

    You may right click on the Start icon at the bottom center, it will allow you to select Installed Apps page. From there, click on 3 dots near Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 in the list of applications > Modify > Repair

    Thanks for trying to help. Problem is probably me. Your solutions did not work. I am using Windows 11, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. I am really confused: My start is not on the bottom left hand corner, my start is on bottom in center of screen, I cannot find Apps and Features, cannot find any Microsoft Office Product to modify.

    "You may attempt performing a Quick or Online repair to the Office Suite by following the steps below:

    • Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner), and select Apps and Features on the pop-up menu.
    • Select the Microsoft Office product you want to repair, and select Modify.
    • Select Online Repair > Repair

    If the same issue persists after the Repair, the next step is to remove and re-add the affected Email account in Outlook.
