Outlook has been automatically deleting random emails from my inbox. I recently changed an email to a streaming service, which sent me a verification email. As soon as I receive it, within seconds it will completely remove the emails like I never received it. It happens on all the platforms I have Outlook on.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

Did you look for it in the junk email folder?

Can you find it using search?

Are you using your account on a Samsung phone? They have a junk mail filter that causes behavior like this.

Are you using classic Outlook desktop software that is installed with Office desktop software ? Do you have the junk mail filter set one of the filter options and "Permanently delete suspected junk email instead of moving it to the Junk Email folder"?

Let me know how it goes, I'm here to help you further if needed.
